As a virtual assistant, I rely on a variety of tools, programs, and software to help me work efficiently. Here's a list of the tools I use to get the job done.

There are scheduling tools that can help managing your time a lot easier! I like working with Google calendar, Doodle, and Calendly, to name a few. Tools like Evernote and Trello are useful for keeping your tasks and thoughts organized.
I can help you market and promote your brand on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), a website (SquareSpace, Wix, Word Press, GoDaddy), on a flyer (Canva), or with an email blast (Constant Contact and Mailchimp). The writing will be engaging, error free and grammatically correct when we use Grammarly.
Administrative tools are vital for a successful business. Toggl is great for keeping track of time spent on a project. Wave, FreshBooks and QuickBooks are great for invoicing, receiving payments and expense tracking.
I use Google for all of it's tools - email, sheets, documents. But I also use Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
